‘It was good. I found it helpful.’ – S1 Pupil

Short, sharp, and to the point. This feedback from an S1 pupil is exactly what makes it so valuable. I’ve received a lot of feedback recently, and each one brings a smile to my face, validating the importance of this school tour.

Many young people face significant challenges both at home and in the world, which can be distressing and worrying. It’s crucial to discuss these issues and let them know it’s okay to feel anxious, nervous, and scared. Life can be hard, but with the right support, we can learn to navigate these challenges. Each experience makes us more prepared and resilient for the next one.

Every day offers valuable lessons, and I know the pupils feel the same.

At the end of the day, we’re all human, striving to create a happy, safe, and stable environment and to thrive in whatever we do. Achieving this requires support from friends, family, and our community.

It truly takes a village to raise us all.
