This is the most terrifying word for me to hear.
My father and mother in law both died recently after long illnesses. I am very curious person and love people therefore love nothing more than learning and understanding what makes people happy and what drives them – so whenever I could we would engage in many deep conversations which taught me so many lessons in life.

This is going to be my first ever blog. I’m nervous….however since I released my book Seconds To Snap the wave it has created has been immense. Seconds To Snap was written for various reasons – mainly to end stigma associated with these conditions to allow people to be free from the prisons of judgements.
Also as a huge thank you to everyone who took care of me in the hospitals over the years. I am so grateful each day. I owe them my life.
